As part of the Relationship Marketing pod on the Office 365 Brand Studio team, I wrote marketing and transactional emails, blog posts, and in-product copy.
Office 365 Newsletters
The Consumer newsletter goes to everyone with a Personal or Home Office 365 subscription. As of June 2019, this was approximately 9 million users.
The Commercial newsletter is designed for IT admins, with information useful both to them and to their end users. As of June 2019, this email goes to 761,000 users worldwide, with a unique open rate around 30% and a click-through rate of almost 3%.
Localization is a key consideration in both emails.

Office 365 for the Holidays
At Microsoft, most holiday work begins in July. We kicked off this project in early November and launched in December. The campaign had 12 pieces total: three emails that each included links to three landing pages which hosted short videos.
