In early 2021 I interviewed for a content designer role with a large social media company. One part of the process was a take-home test: I was given a set of screens for a user flow and asked what I’d do to improve it. The exercise gives a peek into my thought process, the questions I’d ask, and what I think about when looking at a user flow.
